Carol & Bernie

We know it has been a while since our last update, sorry, internet access has been a little difficult. We stopped in Isle of Palms to visit Arlene & Sue, planned on spending a week and wound up spending 2. Isn't that always how it goes with us? Sue is still staying with Arlene while her place is STILL under construction. Both are doing well, and so are the cats. We then proceeded down the ICW and spent an extra day in Wallburg Creek off Doboy sound in GA awaitng the nor'easter to blow by. We then continued down the ICW due to rough seas on the Atlantic. GA was uneventful this time as we managed to go thru the shallow areas at high tides and arrived at JAX NAS on Thanksgiving day. Upon arriving Mulberry Cove we were invited to partake in the yacht club's Thanksgiving smorgasboard. What a feast! We are taking care of some local business and reprovisioning and Bernie is working a few days at the local West Marine. Plan on leaving here next week and continuing south. We should be in the Miami area before Christmas. All is well with all of us, hope you are too. Belated Happy Thanksgiving!
